Traveling away from home, especially when spending the whole week in a new place, you’ll need to be concerned with your own well-being. The event leaders will provide safety guidance before and during the event, but you must first understand the ways you can be prepared for your upcoming trip. This packing list will ensure you’ll be set to have the time of your life!
You won't get far without it!
International Driver's License
If you plan to rent a scooter, you will want to bring this. Visit your local AAA or travel agency. The cost is about $20.
While there are pharmacies near the training facility and accommodations, you will want to bring your own medications so you don't run out! It is recommended to pack medications on your
carry-on just in case you have to wait for luggage. Please check with your airline to be sure of travel regulations regarding all medications.
You can get almost anything you could possibly need at the 711 stores nearby, but there are advantages of bringing the products you enjoy using. Many products in Thailand have whitening agents in them.
Sun Screen and Bug Spray
You can get these cheaper in your home country, most likely, so please bring these items with you.
Check with your phone carrier to see what options you have. As long as your phone is unlocked, you will be able to purchase a SIM card and an affordable plan during your stay.
If you want to bring your laptop, feel free. You can connect to WiFi in your room and various restaurants and cafes in the area.
While we hope for great weather all week, you'll want to be prepared if it does rain.
Protect your electronics. Bring one or two of these. If you have a lot to plug in, either get a couple or get one with some USB slots.

You'll be out and about a lot. Protect your head and eyes! If you forget these items, you can buy them without a problem.
It's not a short flight! You'll want something to keep you busy.
You might get away with taking a bath towel OR you could get one of these fabulous beach towels!

Day Trip Bag
You will want to bring a smaller bag that you can just throw things in for short day trips or nights out on the town. Something small will do.

You will want to have something to carry your passport and money and keep it safe. In the event something happens, you'll want to make sure you can access money on another card or from another account.

If you're looking for something that keeps the sun off of you but is still comfortable to wear in the water, check out these: https://amzn.to/2LZEn1w
Athletic shoes for training, sandals/flip flops for walking around and the beach, casual shoes for other events (if you choose).
This is a fitness retreat, so bring clothes you can workout comfortably in. I suggest bringing enough clothes to get you through the week, but there are laundry services with a one day turn around on the street.
You may also buy this in Thailand but you will pay more there. Some people like to get personalized gear, so that is an option depending on turn around time.
(if you choose classes that require it): https://amzn.to/2RXAq1g
Don't drink the tap water, but they do have filtered water stations you can use. It will save on plastic, but you'll also have the option to buy at 7/11.

If you have any specific requirements, make sure to pack anything you might need. Protein powder is nearly three times the price in Thailand, so you'll want to pack your own. If you are vegan/vegetarian, you won't have issue finding food in the area.
If you have anything you require and you're not sure if you can get it in Thailand, PLEASE bring it.
This list is to guide you. Please consider your personal needs and adjust accordingly.
